    Thus, I was appointed in charge of an innovative project related to internal operational communication within the group: MyComCCO

    Creation of a single contribution interface to facilitate the daily work of operational communication teams

    RESULTS:
    - Productivity gains
    - A single input application instead of two before the project
    - An automated application to avoid redundant entries
    - Replacement of old CMS technology with Angular.
    - Removal of obsolete technology involving high maintenance
    - Good internal publicity for the quality of this new user-friendly tool

    Upon my arrival, I was responsible for the redesign of all these email campaigns. I managed these projects in Agile mode from requirements gathering to production. These projects required a significant amount of functional testing, which I oversaw.
