I spent 7 years building the tech team at lePERMISLIBRE. I joined as the 2nd developer in a 5-person company and left as CTO of a 30-person team: developers, product, data, infra. In the meantime, the company went public.

Before that, I started two companies. I know what it's like to handle tech, product, and business all at once with too few people and too little time.

Today, I'm a freelance CTO. I work with startups of 10 to 80 people, usually when the CEO feels their tech is struggling but doesn't know why. Sometimes they don't have a CTO. Sometimes they do, but they can no longer understand what's going on.

My job is to open the hood, translate what I see into business language, and lay out an action plan. Sometimes the conclusion is not to continue in the direction the client desired. But it's always for their own good.

When execution is needed, I have Krma. Part of my former lePERMISLIBRE team who decided to follow me. Senior developers, designers, and PMs with whom I've worked for years. It's not just a collective of freelancers, it's a trusted team.

An example: with a client, we went from 1 deployment per week to 10 per day in 2 years. Infrastructure costs were halved. I negotiated their contracts with their own clients to obtain intellectual property rights and doubled their ARR. I finished by recruiting the CTO who succeeded me.

About ten startups supported in 2 years. Based in Lyon, I work throughout France.
