I support small service-based businesses (agencies, freelancers, VSEs) in designing and implementing operational systems that eliminate manual data entry and free up high-value time.

Specifically, I address three types of problems:

— Custom automations connecting Notion, Make, n8n, Gmail, Wix, Airtable, and Claude / OpenAI APIs. The goal is always the same: transform arepetitive manualprocess into a workflow that **runs on its own**, while remaining maintainable by the client after my departure.

— Notion architecture for teams that have moved beyond the "hacked-together Notion" stage and need a structured, performant, and scalable database. My software engineering background allows me to design schemas that **scale**, not just pretty but fragile templates.

— Integration ofAI agentsinto business workflows: pre-qualification assistants, contextual content generation, document processing, conversational agents connected to company data via MCP.

What sets me apart: **14 years of software engineering experience**, including 5 years as an Engineering Manager in French scale-ups (Withings, Meero, Peer). I don't deliver fragile automations that break at the first edge case. I build systems that work in production, are documented, and can be transferred.

As an iOS Engineering Manager, I led the iOS team of 5 developers, with the dual responsibility of product delivery and the development of the team's engineers.

Meero is a French scale-up specializing in the large-scale production and processing of photo content, having raised over $290M between 2018 and 2019 from international funds (Prime Ventures, Avenir Growth Capital, Global Founders Capital). The company served clients like Uber Eats, Airbnb, and Deliveroo for their large-scale photo needs.

Within the engineering team, I led the iOS team, responsible for the applications used by photographers to manage their assignments, capture, and upload their productions.
