I've worked in large consultancies and at FC Barcelona, managing critical operations where errors were not an option. I learned that technical problems are almost never technical: they are process, communication, or simply the result of no one having taken the time to connect what already existed.

That's exactly what I do now.

I work with small and medium-sized businesses that want to incorporate technology thoughtfully, not because it's trendy, but because it makes sense for their team and their current situation. Before talking about tools, I ask you how you work. What you do manually. Where time or information is lost. And only then, if it makes sense, we automate.

AI and automation are the last piece, not the first.

What I usually find when I arrive: Valuable data that no one is using. Manual processes that consume hours without anyone having questioned them. Well-intentioned teams without supporting systems.

What I leave behind when I go: Flows that run on their own. Teams that understand why. And decisions that used to take days to get information for now have it every morning.
