Team coordination, work organization, collaboration with other departments, and deliverable tracking within an agile Scrum-based framework.

The team continued to grow, and it was decided to split it into two. Additionally, the company identified the need for a component suite with its own Design System to provide a more unified brand image.

On the backend, several virtualizations were implemented in Kubernetes for important company processes. To achieve this, certain parts of the architecture had to be re-architected to better utilize resources.

Assisted the Scrum Master in ceremonies, task tracking, and inter-team communication.

The team grew, and it was decided to create a position to help the Scrum Master with analysis, code review, and development coordination tasks. I focused primarily on frontend projects as we were migrating two applications, which were rebuilt as web applications with Angular.

This was done without neglecting the backend, where coordination improvements were implemented with Hazelcast (distributed locks and structures, and queues) and response time optimizations (using Elasticsearch and Ceph).

This group is responsible for various products that it develops and maintains to offer its multiple clients B2B communication solutions, such as invoice issuance or storage in compliance with each country's regulations.

We use various technologies for this, the most notable being: Java, Spring (Core, Security, Batch, Cloud, and MVC), Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, CXF, and CEPH.
