About Adrián

The world is full of great ideas… but very few know how to make them a reality.

Are you one of those who imagine or one of those who build? Because if you are here, maybe you are ready to take the next step.

I see that you are one of those people who have decided to be one step closer, and not just stay in your imagination.

I couldn't imagine as a child the impact I could generate with just these little hands, the ability to transform simple concepts into digital solutions that change the way people live and businesses operate.

For me, technology is not just about code, but the opportunity to generate value and solve real problems.

Throughout my career, I have worked on projects ranging from process digitalization to building innovative products from scratch. I have had the opportunity to maintain and optimize platforms with thousands of users, as well as lead the development of a mobile application for a startup.

Each experience taught me something valuable: how to keep critical systems running, how to build products from scratch, and above all, how entrepreneurship is much more than an idea… it is execution, learning, and constant adaptation.

But the more I created, the clearer it became that my true purpose was not just to build software, but to generate real impact on businesses and the people who lead them.

And working for others, I realized that my work did not have the impact I wanted. I wasn't changing anything.

Then I had two options: continue in my comfort zone without impact, or jump into the void to build something that has real meaning.

I didn't hesitate.

I left everything behind and embarked on my path to help others turn their ideas into reality.

If you have an idea that deserves to see the light, let's talk. Let's not let it stay on paper.

You know when developers want to use a new framework, but no one wants to handle the migration? Well, there I was, on the front lines.

On my journey at Éxxita, I took my first steps in a full-time job and had to make the most of my time to deliver value within the given deadlines. I was in charge of the development and maintenance of several projects in parallel, which were used by various external and internal clients and users.

I was part of a team of +10 developers actively working on multiple applications simultaneously. On this occasion, I learned a lot about collaborating closely with my colleagues, who became a great support and source of learning.

My main tasks were the gradual migration of outdated code (the wonderful "legacy code") to a more modern and updated framework ️️, which would allow us to improve the developer experience and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies; and the delivery of new functionalities for the different applications. I managed to refine my estimation and task management skills in a dynamic and demanding environment.

This experience not only honed my technical and management skills but also prepared me to face future challenges with greater confidence and strategic vision.
  • Golgorio
    Tech Lead
    September 2024 - December 2024 (3 months)

Working so fast in a startup? The truth is, yes, and I'll explain what I was doing.

From being an intern developer, I suddenly had the great responsibility of managing the entire development lifecycle of the best mobile app for organizing football matches ️️ (again, maybe I needed to slow down a bit). However, the founders managed to convince me to undertake this project with their great passion for football and for improving the lives of thousands of amateur footballers.

As Tech Lead of Golgorio, I was responsible for the development of the mobile application used by +700 users and all the technical aspects of the business. With so much responsibility, it was necessary to manage my time in the most productive way possible in a short period, as the application delivery deadlines were very tight, and I had to balance development with tasks involving other areas of the business such as managing meetings, gathering user requirements, participating in entrepreneurship events... Basically, I was about to lose my mind at any moment.

As a result, I achieved tremendous momentum in my professional career. And not just on the technical side, but I managed to significantly develop my soft skills due to the close interaction with users, meetings with investors, public project presentations, and many other things that involve the entire entrepreneurship ecosystem.

I am very proud to have had this opportunity ️️, and to have shared it with the founders and users of the project. Although it was brief, it was a key piece ️️ and generated a great impact on my interpersonal skills and as a software engineer. I take with me great learning from the world of entrepreneurship.
  • Guadaltel, S.A.
    Full Stack Developer
    November 2023 - July 2024 (8 months)

My first steps in the professional world, and a lot of learning along the way.

During my time at Guadaltel, I was responsible for the maintenance of one of their major projects used by over 10,000 active clients daily (it might have been a bit too much for me). Nevertheless, at the end of my internship, I was congratulated for my great performance and consistency in delivering value to clients.

I collaborated with a small team of 3 people in the development of the application, fixing bugs, delivering continuous improvements, and trying to enhance the codebase by following "Clean Code" practices. We also collaborated with other teams responsible for specific parts of the project lifecycle ️️ such as testing, continuous deployment...

An important part of my job was also ensuring that all delivered functionalities maintained compatibility with a wide range of current browsers (that number of clients allows for quite a few browsers...), and a responsive design for multiple devices.

Not bad for a first internship, don't you think? I, at least, am very grateful to have had this opportunity as my first professional experience, which provided a significant boost to my career.
