I'm Adrian, an event coordinator from the Allgäu region. I support agencies, organizers, and wedding planners remotely with everything that happens behind the scenes: event and schedule planning, service provider communication, research, participant management, and project assistance.
What sets me apart from a classic VA: I don't wait for instructions. I see problems and tasks, think through solutions, and implement them – on my own initiative. This comes from real experience: events with up to 1,000 guests, international acts, exhibition projects, and currently training as an event manager in an ISO 9001 certified company.
