Participation in the design of the data culture program at Alstom and the adoption of a Data Management solution. Deployment of human-centered adoption and change management strategies through the creation of adoption materials: user guides, tutorials, and training materials adapted to different professional profiles. Facilitation of collaborative workshops and training sessions, in person and online, to educate employees on data and new tools. Daily use of the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Planner) for project management, collaboration, and team monitoring. Implementation of targeted communications to promote usage and disseminate best practices within teams. Facilitation of 30+ international events to educate employees on digital transformation. Standardization of training materials (20+ materials) and management of a SharePoint platform (~200 visits/month).

Design of the e-learning site (UX/UI Design). Functional analysis of needs and definition of objectives to create a website adapted to the target audience. Creation of personas and facilitation of design thinking workshops. Facilitation of 3 UX workshops to identify key personas and optimize user experience.
