As Head of Communication for Librería Babel, I was responsible for designing and executing the company's communication strategy, both online and offline. I managed social media, created content to promote cultural activities, book presentations, and events, and drafted press releases for the media. I also coordinated marketing campaigns, maintained relationships with journalists and collaborators, and supervised the bookstore's brand image. Additionally, I analyzed the results of the actions taken to improve visibility, increase the reader community, and strengthen Babel's presence in the cultural environment.
