I decided to work with Adnan based on recommendations from another freelancer he works with regularly, as I needed to strengthen the team working on the mobile application.
From the beginning of the mission, I had explained to Adnan my way of working during this product launch phase, and Adnan adapted perfectly. He knew how to seek information when he needed it and didn't hesitate to take the time to fully understand things before rushing in. Adnan is a conscientious, competent, and intelligent developer.
I let Adnan proceed autonomously, having some progress updates with him when we felt it was necessary. I note 4 months later that I was not wrong to trust him, as the application has progressed well :)
Even though we had to pause the mobile application development for now, I would gladly work with him again in the future.
