Context: Product Owner Data for the MasterMind application (a back-office application) which is part of the 'Services and Loyalty' SAFe train. The objective is to foster customer loyalty for Engie by proposing new consumption monitoring services or improving existing ones.

Project Challenges: Conso Data provides consumption data and Data Science algorithms to front-end applications to enhance the analysis and consumption monitoring for Engie's end customers (over 8.4 million active contracts). The roadmap is driven by the needs of the front-end applications and our proposed algorithms for improving customer consumption analysis (consumption forecasting, usage breakdown, adjustment alerts, etc.).

Activities:

- Scoping business needs

- Overall design, technical feasibility study, and cost estimation with architects and developers

- Breaking down and writing User Stories (US)

- Scoping and prioritizing US (PI Planning, Sprint Planning)

- Presenting work done in Sprint Review and System Demo

- Managing work (development, testing, and validation)

- Managing the operational phase (handling anomalies, adapting Databricks batch timelines)

Context: Evolution and maintainability of applications within the Teleo program. The Teleo program includes several workstreams related to metering equipment, associated measurements (readings, consumption, alarms, flow rates, temperatures, etc.), and interventions on this equipment (deployment of new equipment, mass replacement of existing equipment, ad-hoc maintenance of faulty equipment, spot or mass readings).

Product: Measurement Repository, a back-office application responsible for consumption calculation, triggering alarms on service points, and distributing this data to dedicated front-end systems for field agents (Alarms Front-end, Dashboard, Online Agency, Meter Asset Tracking, etc.).

Role: Product Owner for the Measurement Repository

- Requirements gathering and analysis (leading workshops, regular exchanges)

- Writing user stories (functional context, business impact, business rules, Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, etc.)

- Backlog management and prioritization

- Planning and coordination of business acceptance testing (reporting and monitoring of anomalies)

- Detecting, managing, and analyzing production incidents

- Developing the schedule in collaboration with the business unit

- Participating in various agile rituals (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Daily, Review, Retrospective, etc.)

Technical Environment: Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira, Trello), SQL, Google Sheets, Postman, S3

The mission involves IT Business Analysis (AMOA), project scoping, and managing applications for the Works & Economics Pole of GRDF's IT Network Department.

The first part of my scope concerns the scoping and AMOA management for the overhaul of the Purchasing and Service Provider Evaluation IT system through the selection of a SaaS solution. The activities related to this scope can be summarized as follows:

- Participation in technical evaluations of bidders

- Writing the Project Charter

- Establishing and negotiating SLAs

- Planning and work breakdown

- Participation in design workshops

- Managing migration and data recovery

- Planning and participating in acceptance testing

- Monitoring go-lives (schedule, rollback procedures, etc.)

The second part of my scope involves a Proxy Product Owner role for two applications:

- A tool for supplying materials available for GRDF's works.

- A tool for managing and storing material certificates for steel traceability.
