For 16 years, I have been supporting organizations — banks, large corporations, SMEs, and executives — in their transformation projects: team structuring, practice changes, digital tool deployment, and improving managerial performance.

I am not a desk-bound consultant. I have managed projects worth €10 million, handled 30 resources simultaneously, and deployed critical systems at Crédit Agricole, HPE, and EFG Bank. In parallel, I co-founded ADA, a managerial development platform based on strengths — because transformation only succeeds if the people experiencing it are ready to change.
