Improving the energy efficiency of a national tertiary real estate portfolio comprising 7 logistics centers and 470 sales agencies with an annual energy consumption of 70 GWh.

Scope analysis and building classification: audit of representative samples of the estate, technical evaluation of existing buildings, classification based on energy performance. Budget projection and energy consumption analysis: evaluation of reductions, estimation of costs for planned interventions. Study supervision: guidance towards high energy performance solutions for renovation interventions, analysis of the technical feasibility of integrating photovoltaic and/or geothermal systems on-site. Short-term actions: implementation of an energy sobriety program with optimization of building energy management. Management commitment, awareness campaign for employees on eco-gestures. Medium/long-term actions: strengthening the thermal insulation of the envelope, adapting needs according to space usage, replacement of energy-intensive equipment. Performance monitoring: implementation of performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of applied measures, adjustments based on obtained results to optimize energy performance.
