Participated in the development of a DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative) system for processing and controlling client social data before transmission to public services.

Position Context:

Worked at Nexans on two strategic projects to enhance the traceability and sustainability of cable supply chains. These projects are part of an industrial innovation and circular economy initiative.

Projects Completed:

• Recycling: Development of a web application dedicated to managing and recycling cable waste.

The application covers the entire lifecycle of cables, from collection on construction sites to recovery and recycling, ensuring complete tracking and process optimization.

• Ultracker: Design of a traceability solution for connected reels.

The system allows real-time tracking of cable length used on sites and automatic collection of reels from clients, providing enhanced visibility into logistics and consumption.

Main Missions:

• Full-stack development of applications with .NET Core (back-end) and React (front-end).

• Design and implementation of REST APIs for inter-service communication.

• Integration of interfaces and improvement of user experience.

• Participation in technical design, code reviews, and performance optimization.

• Collaboration with business teams and Product Owners to align functionalities with operational needs.

Results:

• Delivery of robust, high-performing, and scalable applications adopted by Nexans teams.

• Direct contribution to reducing environmental footprint through cable tracking and recycling.

Project Context:

Participation in an internal Sogeti research project within an agile team of 4 developers, 1 Scrum Master, 2 Product Owners, and 1 UI/UX Designer. The objective: to develop an innovative Angular web application for creating annotations on audio, video, or textual content, to generate usable data for analysis and research.

Main Missions:

• Design and improvement of the user interface for an audio processing application for patients.

• Development of audio file import and segmentation functionalities.

• Performance optimization and improvement of the application's overall responsiveness.

• Supervision of versioning and Git branches to ensure a smooth and collaborative integration flow.

• Taking on the role of Tech Lead:

• Participation in steering meetings and definition of technical priorities.

• Design of new features and guidance on technical choices.

• Development supervision (code review, progress tracking).

• Technical reference for the development team and point of contact with the DevOps team.

• Writing technical documentation to facilitate onboarding of new members.

• Participation in deployments to development and production environments.

Results & Strengths:

• Successful delivery of the first version of the application.

• Complete automation of the deployment pipeline (CI/CD).

• Strengthening of code quality and continuous integration practices.

• Consolidated experience in the Tech Lead role, with strong involvement in technical coordination and product vision.
