• • Intermediation between Front Office and Compliance.

• • Raising awareness of the Front Office on compliance culture.

• • Remediation and specific review campaign. Local referent and coordinator with Front office.

• • Update of operational procedures and KYC documentation.

• • Migration to new KYC Forms: Due Diligence.

• • Management of a team of 10 KYC analysts and production steering.

• • Training of new analysts and writing of the analyst guide.

• • Presentation of weekly figures to BNPP management.

• • Monthly animation of the steering committee with Compliance on various compliance and production topics.

• • Support for employees in skill development.
