As an experienced Product Owner and Test Manager, I have extensive experience in digital product development, supporting companies in defining, developing, and bringing digital products to market. I combined requirements engineering, agile methods, and strategic thinking to derive clear product visions from complex ideas.

I was the right contact person for organizations that needed structured requirements analysis, professional backlog management, or coordinated agile implementation. By collaborating with international stakeholders in Germany, Spain, China, and the USA, I ensured clear communication and efficient decision-making processes.

My focus included leading multiple Scrum teams, defining digital roadmaps, prioritizing business-critical requirements, and introducing new processes in areas such as fleet management, forecasting, after-sales, and the agency model. I was also responsible for test management tasks, creating test concepts, and establishing a reliable QA structure.

My project results included, among others, the development of a fleet management system for a German OEM, the introduction of a forecasting tool for spare parts, the definition of open-source compliance processes, and the support of an electric vehicle entering the European market. Additionally, I accompanied strategies for dealer processes, after-sales, and digital rollouts for international automotive manufacturers.

With an MBA, a Master's in International Business, and certifications as a Professional Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Google Cloud Digital Leader, I combined analytical strength, structured approach, and a deep understanding of processes.
