An engineer by training, I have over six years of experience as a project manager within international groups such as Schneider Electric, Air Liquide, and Vanatome. I have worked in complex and regulated environments, managing high-stakes operational, financial, and organizational projects, with budgets up to €8 million and the simultaneous management of numerous projects.

My skills cover the entire project lifecycle: analysis and scoping of needs, definition of objectives and deliverables, planning, execution monitoring, risk management, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. I have also developed solid expertise in process improvement, quality, and operational efficiency, particularly through Lean approaches, non-conformity management, and corrective action steering.

Topics related to customer experience, data reliability, regulatory compliance, and journey optimization particularly motivate me.
