Analysis of Facility Management and Procurement-Investment accounts for the 25 regional departments: identification of anomalies and development of action plans for cost optimization - Steering and supporting the deployment of financial monitoring tools for departments - Budgetary coordination (preparation and monitoring) with Facility Management & Procurement-Investment departments - Development of dashboards for account monitoring - Monthly reporting to International Management (Germany) and regional departments - Calculation of investment project profitability (ROI) - Project monitoring in collaboration with departments.

Reporting: - Monitoring of dashboards and target indicators (KPIs): data validation, consolidation, and presentation of operational data from territories to management • Transversal management: regular requests and follow-ups with territorial stakeholders to obtain data - Production of ad-hoc analyses and summaries on indicator evolution Project Management: - Monitoring the progress of multiple projects simultaneously - Participation in the deployment of IT tools, adding users, writing operating procedures - Assistant Project Manager "Scheduling Unit": production of sizing studies, costing, and economic profitability according to several scenarios. Writing business processes (flowcharts, procedures), team schedules. Design and animation of the change management program and launch of the unit. Business Process Support: - Participation in improving tool usage. - Reflection on performance division strategy, identification of improvement points - Responsible for the progress of the "contract profitability" project and its development in the territories. - Work to identify service providers for operational needs.

Establish operating accounts for research facilities • Calculate the cost of Man/Year using different methodologies • Develop expenditure and resource benchmarks, and staffing for the department • Analyze indirect infrastructure costs • Implement procedures and methodological guides • Make expenditure projections for 3 years.
