Analysis of Facility Management and Procurement-Investment accounts for the 25 regional departments: identification of anomalies and development of action plans for cost optimization - Management and support for the deployment of financial monitoring tools to departments - Budget coordination (development and monitoring) for Facility Management & Procurement-Investment departments - Development of dashboards for account monitoring - Monthly reporting to International Management (Germany) and regional departments - Calculation of profitability for investment projects (ROI) - Project monitoring in collaboration with departments.

Reporting: - Monitoring of dashboards and target indicators (KPIs): data reliability, consolidation, and presentation of operational data from territories to management • Cross-functional management: regular requests and follow-ups with territorial stakeholders to obtain data - Production of ad-hoc analyses and summaries on indicator evolution Project Management: - Monitoring the progress of multiple projects simultaneously - Participation in the deployment of IT tools, adding users, writing operating procedures - Deputy Project Manager "Scheduling Unit": production of sizing studies, cost estimation, and economic profitability analysis based on various scenarios. Writing business processes (flowcharts, procedures), team schedules. Design and animation of the change management program and launch of the unit. Business Process Support: - Participation in improving tool utilization. - Reflection on performance department strategy, identification of improvement areas - Responsible for the progress of the "contract profitability" project and its development in the territories. - Work on identifying service providers for operational needs.

Set up operating accounts for research facilities • Calculate the cost per person-year using different methodologies • Develop expenditure and resource benchmarks, and staffing for the department • Analyze indirect infrastructure costs • Implement procedures and methodological guides • Make expenditure projections for 3 years.
