Senior mechanical engineer, I support industrial SMEs, hardware startups, and design offices that need to strengthen their design capacity, validate technical documentation, or prepare for manufacturing.
I have built my experience in demanding environments, particularly automotive and precision optics. These sectors have taught me that good design shouldn't just work in CAD: it must be manufacturable, assemblable, controllable, and durable over time.
My role is therefore not limited to producing 3D models or drawings. I act as a technical partner capable of taking a step back, identifying risks, proposing realistic solutions, and securing design choices before production.
I primarily work on:
- 3D mechanical design and complex assemblies;
- Injection molded plastic parts, machined parts, sheet metal, and mechanical welding;
- Precision mechanical systems and multi-technology integration;
- Definition drawings, functional tolerancing, and dimension chains;
- Material/process selection, pre-sizing, and feasibility analysis.
My approach is pragmatic: understand the need, clarify constraints, design accurately, and produce technical documentation usable by project teams, suppliers, and the workshop.
I can provide ad-hoc support, assist during peak loads in the design office, take over design tasks, help during critical development phases, or provide support up to prototyping or pre-production.
