• Lead communication operations and manage partnerships

• Represent the brand through public speaking (webinars, round tables, writing articles and columns)

•Develop business and commercialize offers, prospecting and Key Account Management, client relations

•Support over 50 companies in defining and implementing CSR strategies: diagnosis, materiality analysis, risk and opportunity analysis, roadmap, action plan, workshops, operational team awareness, audits, training, ISO 20121 compliance, COMEX/CODIR presentations…

•Lead the consulting department and manage a team of 15 consultants, ensure deliverable quality, manage mission economics: profitability monitoring (margin, staffing, workload, risks),
