At TransGourmet, I provide SharePoint functional support to secure usage and facilitate the daily lives of teams. I assist users in getting started with their spaces, structuring content, and resolving functional issues.

My role includes:

assistance and handling requests related to sites, libraries, permissions, pages, and content,

advice on best practices (document organization, light governance, versioning, co-editing),

correction and optimization of existing spaces to improve user experience,

proximity training: simple explanations, step-by-step guides, mini-guides, and follow-up to make teams autonomous.

Objective: Ensure SharePoint is useful, well-understood, and well-used, serving operational efficiency and collaboration.

For NeuroActive, I act as a trainer for Microsoft 365 tools and practices with a very practical approach. My goal is to quickly improve participants' skills, starting from their real work situations and aiming for immediate autonomy.

I provide:

preparation and delivery of training sessions (in-person/remote), adapted to skill levels and business needs,

design of clear and reusable educational materials (guides, exercises, case studies, quizzes),

progressive and engaging pedagogy: short demonstrations, guided application, then autonomous practice,

post-training follow-up to reinforce practices and answer field questions.

Training is designed as a lever for efficiency: the right tool, the right usage, at the right time, with simple methods so everyone can save time and collaborate better daily.

Within Monnoyeur, I act as an M365 User Experience Facilitator to accelerate adoption and maximize the value of Microsoft 365 for teams. My mission is to transform daily practices by combining tool orchestration (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Office LTSC, Power Automate...) and PROSCI change management.

Specifically, I:

diagnose user practices and pain points (e.g., usage that is sometimes "misused") to define field-oriented improvement priorities.

design and deploy adoption pathways (communication, training, coaching, support materials) to increase user mastery and autonomy.

industrialize the production of tips and short content (guides, videos, posts, templates) to establish lasting habits.

support sponsors, managers, and ambassadors in their relay role, particularly through an AI ambassador community, to evolve practices.

Objective: move "from tool to impact" by making teams more efficient, aligned, and comfortable in their M365 practices.
