At Guide Ultime, I had the opportunity to lead various projects that allowed me to develop comprehensive expertise in product management and launch. I managed the creation of physical products from A to Z, from conception to market launch, ensuring the research and coordination of strategic partners. I also structured and managed a partner club, fostering collaboration and long-term relationship management. My role involved managing customer relations, anticipating and resolving conflicts, as well as ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders. Furthermore, I organized and supervised events. Finally, I managed a team, guiding them towards greater efficiency and cohesion, while developing a motivating and productive work environment.

During my internship at Integrate, in Mexico, I actively participated in the development and monitoring of projects related to internationalization and partnership management. I contributed to market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, as well as to the prospecting and follow-up of strategic partners. I was also involved in internal and external communication, creating presentation and reporting materials for the management team and partners. My role also consisted of competitive monitoring and collecting relevant data to inform strategic decisions. Finally, I participated in coordinating projects between different teams, fostering smooth exchanges and efficient processes. I carried out a lot of content creation for social media, event logistics, and partnership creation.
