Adèle Jamaux

A dedicated professional in social innovation, I support social solidarity economy (SSE) organizations, training providers, and impact-driven projects in their structuring, development, and territorial cooperation challenges.

For over 8 years, I have been designing and managing projects at the intersection of the social and solidarity economy, public policies, inclusion, and innovation. My background combines social entrepreneurship, complex project coordination, partnership development, and strategic consulting.

Notably, I founded We Are All Builders, a social enterprise dedicated to professional integration and equal opportunities, and co-founded MIKSOA, a consortium of stakeholders committed to transforming inclusion practices within organizations.

Throughout my experiences, I have supported the structuring of impact initiatives, developed multi-stakeholder cooperation, and contributed to transforming ideas and experiments into sustainable and operational projects.

I currently work on topics such as:

• Structuring and developing SSE projects,

• Partnership strategy and territorial development,

• Responding to calls for projects,

• Training engineering,

• Inclusive innovation and user journey improvement,

• Ecosystem coordination and cooperation dynamics.

In 2023, I was recognized among the Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise by the Euclid Network, a European distinction celebrating women committed to social transformation.
