I've spent over a decade building AI systems that actually work in production. I started with AI before it was trendy and I went beyond the demos and proofs of concept to real systems handling real business decisions at scale.

Before starting my own data & AI consultancy company, I led the ML, Data Science, Chatbots, Big Data, and RPA teams at Banca Transilvania, Romania's largest bank. I learned what it takes to move a great idea from a whiteboard to something a business unit trusts and relies on every day. That meant owning AI strategy end to end, sometimes pushing what I knew would help, sometimes stepping back and letting business teams discover for themselves where technology solves their actual problem.

Today I'm helping companies figure out what AI is and what it's not, where AI will genuinely create value, evaluate vendors without getting sold to, build the right team, navigate EU AI Act compliance, and get stalled projects from pilot to production.
