Creation of a database, for the period 2022/2025, of the amounts from Leclerc Winning Paths (online game via Leclerc ticket card) from 200,000 lines and a data visualization Dashboard whose sources came from:

- 40 files (approximately 20 million lines)

- 2 correspondence databases (1 million lines)

The tool highlighted the different waves financed, or not, via contracts and allowed the different markets, after discussion with me, to know the supplier(s) without contracts and therefore, not eligible for financing.

In total, the Dashboard allowed a reduction from 15% of unfunded shares to 4.6%, i.e. less than €2.5M (out of a total of €55M).

Gathering requirements from 6 different departments and their files to use.

Manual data cleaning and database creation.

Creation of a name hierarchy (multiple names for a single client).

Creation of an interactive Dashboard, directly integrated into Excel.

More than 70 different data points and 50 clients, representing an average of 3500 different data points in total.

- Implementation of content strategy with various partners (laboratories or sales representatives).

- Conducting training sessions with laboratories for sales representatives.

- HR recruitment and prospecting.

- Creation of presentation visuals for Pharmaffaires.

- Manager of a team of 3 people currently in a more logistics-focused role.
