Responsibilities: My responsibilities mainly included supporting business departments during exchanges with external partners (Bouygues, Verisure, etc.), defining project impact and commitment with CISOs and DPOs, writing User Stories with Business Project Managers, estimating and assigning developments to the indicated teams, monitoring developments and acceptance/production phases.

Technical environment: The technical environment at Boulanger contrasts sharply with that of a classic IS from the AMF, as many developments are carried out in-house by service companies. However, Boulanger also has internal teams primarily focused on AS400, SAP, or BigData.

Responsibilities: I implemented code reviews and functional approvals before merging, wrote a Regression Test Template to be performed before production release, as well as automated "Sanity-Check" tests run daily on the Continuous Integration pipeline.

I also participated in the recruitment of a junior consultant whom I trained and developed skills in automation, and I helped Product Owners understand the creation of functional specifications including User Stories and acceptance criteria.

Technical environment: I gained a deeper understanding of mobile team architecture, which by nature changes with the BFF mechanism. For QA, I implemented a solution using my knowledge of Cucumber/Selenium, Appium, in a Java/Maven project on a Docker container.
