As a Digital Transformation Project Manager, I am responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle from scoping, planning, execution, and deployment:

- End-to-end management and facilitation of the various technical and business teams contributing to the project

- Development and ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules

- Responsible for overall project monitoring and reporting

- Ensuring the definition of the project scope and objectives by helping the business articulate its needs and contributing to their clarification and simplification.

- Determining and validating the solution with technical contributors (architects, development experts, security, etc.) by specifying the technical requirement and driving its review within the IT process: Meetings with the Support & Governance team, drafting the Project Architecture Overview with the help of various IT contributors

- Ensuring constant communication with the various project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

- The primary point of contact for the Business Unit responsible for the project

(Azure Cloud, SCCM, Intune, Office 365, Azure Cognitive Services, Artificial Intelligence, BOT, Skype, Teams, PHP Jira, EasyVista…)

- Definition of technical means for Digital Workplace innovation topics.

- Meetings with local and international suppliers/startups to identify relevant directions for the organization.

- Definition of Innovation axes in conjunction with technical teams and business partners.

- Daily management of the team to deliver project roadmaps (build/run)

- Steering of initiatives (POC) using an agile approach (quick decisions, short implementation cycles) in collaboration with technical expertise entities.

- Challenging technical departments to encourage the implementation of POCs & pilots

- Reporting to the General Management, I participated in the development and implementation of the strategy as well as the governance of the IS.

- Development and monitoring of the department's organization and budget in agreement with management. Proposal of the new master plan and its implementation.

- Development and optimization of the Balanced Score Card (BSC) for monitoring indicators (KPI).

- Supporting the rapidly growing company by working on new challenges such as digitization, Cloud, security, and IS compliance with ISO 27000 standards.

- Techno-functional study and implementation of a SAGE 100C solution covering the group's 3 entities (Accounting, Budget, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Payment Methods, HR & Payroll).

- Implementation and security (NSX) of a private cloud (Vmware) to host servers and a Virtual Desktop platform (Horizon) integrated with AZURE AD and Office 365.

- Guarantee of consistency and maintenance in operational condition of all IT resources and their evolution.

- Technical, functional, and operational management of IT teams.

- Control and management of quality, performance, cost, and deadlines supported by ITIL best practices.

- Implementation and configuration of a ManageEngine HelpDesk tool based on ITIL best practices and company SLA requirements.

- I also work on consulting & service provision for external clients to ensure monitoring and evolution of the project portfolio and evaluate the return on investment of projects undertaken, reporting to general management.

- Maintenance and improvement of the ISO 9001 quality management system is also part of my scope.
