- Writing detailed functional specifications: business rules, data dictionary, dimensional models for securitization, ESG, and credit risk scopes

- Designing and developing Tableau and Power BI dashboards: 11 dashboards in production covering regulatory (scoring, PD, LGD) and steering indicators

- Writing test plans and acceptance test books, facilitating UAT sessions with business teams, managing anomalies, and validating deliverables

- Facilitating steering committee meetings, progress reporting, coordination with IT teams for production deployment

- Functional referent for Tableau Server migration: environment validation, non-regression testing, documentation

- Contribution to Risk data governance: formalizing regulatory indicator (PD, LGD, EAD) business rules in the shared business/IT data dictionary

- Participation in defining the data repository: identifying authoritative sources, inter-system reconciliation rules, data traceability from source to report (data lineage)

- Implementing data quality controls upstream of dashboards: alerts on missing or inconsistent data, daily validation procedures.

- Analyzing data anomalies: identifying discrepancies, reconciliation with official sources, implementing validation rules

- Developing Tableau France Recovery dashboards with advanced cartographic integration (regional, departmental, territorial indicators)

- Writing test plans, facilitating UATs, validating deliverables with business referents from each department

- Developing the data catalog and the shared KPI repository between business and IT teams

- Facilitating validation workshops with management teams, arbitrating functional evolutions, managing the product backlog

- Managing testing phases: test plans, UAT with portfolio managers, validation of business rules, anomaly management

- Change management: training the management team on new dashboards, supporting adoption, gathering user feedback

- Implementing a BI data governance framework: defining data ownership rules by business domain, formalizing indicator validation and certification processes.

- Writing the enriched data catalog: indicator descriptions, calculation rules, sources, update frequency, business owner - shared between management, risk, and IT teams

- Defining data quality rules for performance and risk datamart loading flows: integrity checks, outlier detection, escalation procedures for anomalies.
