Design and optimization: Complete system modeling using SolidWorks, reorganization of the mechanical architecture (-30% dimensional volume). R&D and prototyping: Study of mechanical connections and material selection to optimize inertia, fabrication of prototypes by 3D printing. Performance analysis: Creation of a test report and calculation of overall efficiency (44% of the target theoretical efficiency).

Machining and programming: Production of complex parts by turning and milling, G-Code programming, Management of origins and tools, parts inspection (ISO 9001), Fitting operations (deburring and assembly). Industrial Maintenance: Assistance with corrective and preventive maintenance.

Technical environment: Inventor, Strength of materials calculations, fluid mechanics and propellers, material selection. Meticulous complete design of the assembly, prototyping of the electric thruster while respecting the output speed of 6 m/s under load. Realization of calculation notes (Shaft, Bearing, Efficiency). Development of manufacturing and machining processes for parts on CNC lathe and milling machine, and 3D printing prototyping. Result: Assembly reduced to 15 minutes, maintenance reduced by 40%, total efficiency estimated at 72%.
