As an industrialization project manager at the Bourg-en-Bresse assembly plant, I am involved in the implementation of the future new cabins project planned for 2028 and other smaller-scale projects. My role is to ensure industrial feasibility by coordinating product, process, logistics, and safety aspects, to guarantee a controlled transition to series production while respecting quality, cost, and deadline objectives.

Description:

• Ensure overall management of the industrialization project, coordinating all phases from design to operational implementation.

• Define and monitor industrial investments (equipment, tooling, workstations).

• Analyze risks (Product/Process FMEA) and define associated action plans.

• Ensure monitoring and consolidation of project costs and schedules, as a BI referent responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting multi-project data.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (methods, production, quality, logistics, safety).

• Develop and validate industrial scenarios.

• Plan project activities and monitor progress (QCD: Quality, Costs, Deadlines).

Project 1: INTRUM is the European leader in debt collection. The company acts on behalf of companies that entrust it with the collection of debts from their customers. To harmonize its processes at the group level, an ERP migration project is being implemented.

Project 2: MCI, specializing in refrigeration and air conditioning, offers solutions for controlling its customers' energy consumption. In a context of growth, the company plans to develop a new application to improve its quotation processes and harmonize its practices across the country.

Description:

• Analyze and improve business processes.

• Work at the interface between business and IT, understanding both business processes and system capabilities.

• Implement project methodology (Agile, V-Model).

• Transfer business needs into product requirements for the development team.

• Prioritize the product development backlog and ensure delivery with the IT team.

• Write Functional and Technical Specifications.

• Prepare, support, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with users and project teams.
