Achille Nembot

As part of the Agile transformation at the ALM department level, I act as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Agile Coach to structure, manage, and evolve an Agile Release Train (ART) distributed between France and India, in a demanding, multicultural banking context highly focused on delivery and value management.

 Agile Coaching at scale: supporting teams and agile roles (Scrum Masters, PO, PM) in increasing maturity, autonomy, and mastery of the SAFe framework.

 Train Management: coordinating an ART of 5 business domains with facilitation of SAFe ceremonies (PIP, SoS, ART Sync, System Demo, I&A), monitoring the product roadmap and inter-team dependencies.

 Strategic Alignment: facilitating the link between product vision, business challenges, and IT objectives through regular monitoring based on KPIs (predictability, velocity, PI burn-up, capacity, risk management, PI objective progress).

 Continuous Improvement: facilitating communities of practice, capitalizing on retrospectives, identifying areas for improvement, supporting cultural and organizational change.

 Transverse Collaboration: close interaction with business stakeholders, distributed IT teams (France / India), and governance bodies to streamline collaboration and optimize the value chain.

 Agile Leadership: fostering a culture of transparency, quality, co-construction, and long-term collective commitment.
