Writing a monthly newsletter for the employees of the Customer Excellence Organization. Organizing events: annual Customer Excellence Awards ceremony, plenaries, roundtables in collaboration with other companies (Toyota, Air France, Renault, Leroy Merlin, Macif, Fnac Darty). Monitoring Best in Class companies to identify potential contacts for roundtables and conferences. Writing articles, producing podcasts and videos, creating banners, posters, flyers, and customer surveys. Producing the annual communication report for all Orange France departments. Creating and updating the Customer Excellence glossary and roadmap.

Optimizing customer experience to enhance satisfaction and drive sales. Showcasing products through effective merchandising and efficient stock management.

Creating digital and print communication materials. Creating and publishing content on social media (visuals, videos, podcasts, photo shoots) and monitoring/analyzing KPIs. Organizing trade shows: defining needs (merchandise, banners, business cards, posters), setting up and assembling stands, communication before, during, and after trade shows, post-event reporting and satisfaction surveys. Organizing conferences, team building events, and after-work gatherings. Writing internal and external articles and newsletters. Competitive and industry monitoring, conducting interviews with employees and partners.
