About Abigail

I'm a freelance Project Manager and Account Director with 10+ years of experience working across digital agencies in London, and now based in Portugal, working remotely with clients across the UK and Europe.

I operate across two disciplines, which is what makes me a bit different. On the client side, I build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, develop account growth strategies, and act as a genuine partner to the businesses I work with. On the delivery side, I lead complex digital programmes end-to-end, from scoping and planning through to launch and optimisation, keeping teams aligned and projects on track.

I've worked across digital transformation, CX strategy, SaaS platform migrations, and creative and content programmes, with clients spanning pharma, legal, professional services, FMCG and retail.I'm equally comfortable running a QBR with a C-suite as I am getting into the detail of a project plan.
