At Lévio, I work with public and private organizations in the coordination and management of digital projects. My role is to bridge the gap between business units, IT teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure clear progress of work, a good understanding of needs, and rigorous follow-up of deliverables.

I support teams in planning, organizing meetings, monitoring timelines, managing risks and issues, as well as preparing governance and reporting documents. My approach focuses on clarity, collaboration, and the human adoption of digital changes.

I thus contribute to structuring projects, streamlining communications, and supporting organizations in achieving their digital transformation initiatives.

Assignment carried out within a coordination and deployment unit aimed at optimizing the monitoring of digital projects and initiatives. I ensured transversal coordination of work, facilitation of agile ceremonies, monitoring of schedules, resources, budgets, and priorities.

My role also included risk and obstacle management, delivery coordination, communication with stakeholders, and maintaining clear documentation. This experience helped improve visibility on project progress and collaboration between teams.

Assignment carried out with a Quebec ministry on a portfolio of digital infrastructure projects related to technological modernization, Windows environment obsolescence, network evolution, and preparation for production deployments.

I coordinated projects for Windows server upgrades, software migration, migration tool and management access modernization, replacement of critical network equipment, and integration into a more resilient network infrastructure. My role included milestone planning, tracking infrastructure requests, coordinating technical teams, clients, suppliers, and telecom partners, as well as managing access, testing, validation, and dependencies.

I also contributed to the preparation of production deployments, including planned cutovers, rollback plans, post-deployment validation, and transition to operations. The assignment required rigorous monitoring of risks, timelines, deliverables, dashboards, and project documentation.
