Context: Delivery of parcels at home and at relay points, particularly for

e-commerce.

In direct collaboration with the Business Excellence department, I am responsible for:

- Administration of the MicroStrategy environment,

- Development and maintenance of advanced reports and dashboards in MicroStrategy, using intelligent CUBES, semantic models (schema), and VLDB optimizations to improve performance.

- Conducting functional and technical acceptance tests to ensure the quality of deliverables.

- Secure deployment of MicroStrategy objects and coordination with different teams.

- Post-deployment monitoring and anomaly resolution to ensure the reliability of indicators.

- User management and sharing of PORTFOLIO reports and documents for secure access via Workstation.

- Training users on how to use the reports.

- Automation of ETL processes via TALEND and OPCON flows, ensuring smooth integration of data from multiple sources.

- Creation and optimization of SQL databases, management of data quality and transformation for reliable analysis.

- Creation of data warehouse instances for migrating reports from SQL Server to Oracle.

- Migration of Talend flows from SQL Server to Oracle.

- Liaison with business teams to meet specific reporting and decision-making needs.

- Implementation of MicroStrategy Mobile and LIBRARY solutions for dynamic and interactive data access.

- Handling and resolution of L3 Expert BI tickets and maintenance of reports in operational condition (MCO).

Context: Replacement of old meters with new connected gazpar meters for 11 million customers.

In the counting data exploitation department, I am responsible for the following tasks:

- Supporting business teams in analyzing and defining needs, taking data quality into account.

- Carrying out the functional and technical acceptance chain for reports and indicators (tests, business validations).

- Ensuring the production deployment of BI solutions and post-deployment monitoring.

- Operational monitoring of incidents and ensuring the reliability of data from connected meters.

- Extraction, transformation, and optimization of source data via high-performance SQL queries.

- Designing reports, KPIs, and dashboards for GRDF stakeholders (Power BI, MicroStrategy, Dataiku, SAP BO BI 4.2).

- Reporting consumption indexes and making data available to gas suppliers.

- Securely sharing reports with employees.

- Writing operating procedures and user documentation.

- Training and supporting end-users.

Context: Within the framework of monitoring logs from information systems.

In the Information Systems and Telecommunications (SIT) department, as part of the TETRA project, I am responsible, under a Linux / Windows environment:

- Identification of user needs (in iterative cycles).

- Analysis of the overall dimensioning / number of nodes of the log server.

- Deployment of Logstash pipelines for access security.

- Collection, processing, and parsing of application and system logs.

- Structuring logs to convert them into an exploitable format (JSON) using Grok Debugger Kibana.

- Creation of Visualization Dashboards with POWER BI and KIBANA.

- Documentation of the tools provided.

- Server monitoring with the ELK ML module.

- Monitoring of daily system alerts.

- Ticket creation and resolution of technical incidents.
