Responsible for organization and information systems for 8 factories & 34 international sales offices.

Mission: Consolidate information systems. Rationalize transport costs. Improve productivity with customers (B2B). Reduce finished goods and raw material inventory. Improve industrial flows. Involve IT managers in business projects.

• Supervise remote teams (8 Local IT Managers) & budget management.
