Consulting mission as Project Leader for the Trajectory Accounting Finance-Risks (CFR) program, which aims to modernize the CFR IT system by leveraging Data opportunities (multi-year program co-led by Finance, Risks, and SNI departments, in line with CASA Group objectives). Expected areas of improvement include data consistency, agility in building or evolving regulatory reporting, performance, and IT tool modernization.

- Building a trajectory towards a data-centric target with iterative steps and agility (regulatory requirements imposing their schedule)

- Operational project management: leading steering committees, regular monitoring and coordination of workstream progress, proposing action plans for securing or adjusting implementation, and solutions to ensure on-time deployment.

- Implementing data governance (data dictionary, modeling, metadata, data processing in a Big Data environment, and participation in statistical analysis modeling to meet business needs).

- Communication, training, and sharing project objectives with as many people as possible, including business teams. Technical environment:

- Big Data - DATALAKE: Hadoop, Dataiku, Hive, Pig

- BI: QlikView, SSRS

As a Senior Data & Analytics Consultant, I supported Groupama Group in the deployment of its OCEAN transformation project. The OCEAN program aims to redesign the IT system by implementing a centralized big data platform for the entire group, consolidating internal/external data and deploying data processing/visualization tools.

• Build a trajectory, marked by iterative steps, towards a target Data Centric usage and the deployment of Group community tools.

• Define the deployment strategy for new tools for all regional branches: deployment of Informatica, QlikView/Qlik sense (13,000 licenses for the entire group) and writing necessary documentation for successful deployment.

• Ensure regular technical monitoring of the progress of different stages and lead the integration of these new tools into the daily use of regional branches. Carry out this work in close collaboration with the IT departments of the regional branches and G2S (IT Department).

• Identify training needs and organize them if necessary.

• Lead the deployment of data environments allowing regional branches to access their data while respecting governance rules (private space per entity).

• Act as the main point of contact for entities and ensure communication on the project objectives and its progress.

• Communicate the project objectives in an educational manner to as many people as possible and ensure regular synthetic progress monitoring for project managers or for committees (Steering Committee, Project Committee, User Club, workshops…).

• Lead the design and modeling of group-level community repositories.

• Ensure the implementation of effective data governance (data dictionary, Modeling, metadata, ….). QlikView, Qlik Sense, Informatica ETL, Oracle, DataLake, DWH

Context: RETAIL BANK – Achievements:  Writing specifications for a call for tenders on Dataviz tools  Implementation of a dashboard for managing "Corporate and High Net Worth" Clients. Technical environment: MS BI Tools (SSIS + SSRS), Qlikview
