I am Abderrezak, with nearly twenty years of experience in IT departments of banks, primarily in Credit Risk, ALM (Asset Liability Management), and Market Risk.

An engineer trained in IT (UTC Compiègne) and finance (Master's degree from Sorbonne), I work as a Project Owner. Depending on the context and Agile positioning, I can also be referred to as a Business Analyst or Product Owner. My ability to communicate in multiple languages is appreciated, whether with business teams – including traders – managers, developers, or even IT infrastructure personnel. I enjoy adapting to different interlocutors.

My diverse experience has allowed me to acquire these skills:

- Requirements expression: We know that business teams tend to provide solutions rather than problems to be solved, which is a paradigm I am familiar with.

- Preparation and facilitation of project and steering committees: One could say PowerPoint and Excel are my friends. I could work in a PMO role – given my reputed synthetic thinking and IT proficiency – however, I prefer to focus on more hands-on roles. Moreover, I enjoy developing clear reporting, which is likely related to my experience in Business Intelligence.

- Production monitoring: My experience in TMA (Third-Party Maintenance) has helped me understand the importance of results and develop my analytical skills in complex contexts, meaning with different teams, such as those involved in the Front-to-Back chain.

- I also have experience in functional architecture, integration testing, and roadmap establishment.
