1. SaaS Architecture, Security & Governance

• SOFI Strategic Integration: Supporting Crédit Mutuel in the integration of their SOFI tool. Responsible for the technical and security architecture file review, with successful validation by the BPCE Group's Architecture and Security Decision Commission (CDAS).

• Group Approval (CDAS): Complete management of SaaS acquisition files (technical/functional architecture, data flows) to obtain BPCE Group security visas (CDAS).

• Risk & Compliance Analysis: Joint expertise with CESM, CISO, and DPO on GDPR (sensitivity, retention, backup) and cybersecurity aspects.

• Identity Management: Design and implementation of SSO authentication (SAML/OIDC).

2. DevSecOps & Security Remediation

• "Zero Secret" Project (CyberArk): Source code audit and removal of plain text passwords.

• Management of CyberArk API integration for real-time dynamic secret retrieval by applications.

3. Production Engineering & Application Integration

• Operational Maintenance (MCO): Management and administration of the entire application server infrastructure (Testing and Production Environments).

• Automation & Scheduling: Design and optimization of business and technical processing chains using VTOM.

• Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Management and automation of application deployments via the Digital.ai suite (XL Deploy / XL Release).

• Scripting & Tooling: Development of PowerShell scripts for automating operational tasks and ensuring infrastructure process reliability.

Mastery of the Dollar Universe tool for planning and scheduling jobs.

In-depth knowledge of the concepts handled by Dollar Universe, such as calendars, sessions, and procedure chaining models.

Ability to automate the entire operational cycle, thus reducing the need for human presence.

Experience in managing batch procedures and data flows.

Support for development teams in implementing scheduling solutions.

Level 2 and 3 support for operations teams.

Project: Technical lead for the infrastructure of four BI-BigDATA applications for Orange France DSIF.

Context: Support the MSBI team of SOFRECOM Tunisia, a subsidiary of the Orange France Group, as technical project owner, in the system and application management of the infrastructure for 5 MSBI applications, as well as the implementation of a continuous integration chain for deliverables and the evaluation of migration to a Cloud solution like Azure.
