Achievement:

- PAG territorial development: I have implemented solutions to promote territorial development, identifying opportunities and proposing appropriate measures.

- Unified tracking service (SSU): I contributed to the implementation of a unified tracking service, allowing to centralize and effectively track relevant information.

- StoreLocator (STL): I used a StoreLocator to precisely locate points of sale, making it easier for users to find them.

- Geocoding: I integrated a geocoding system to assign precise geographical locations to data, improving the accuracy of information.

- NBA (Next Best Action): I implemented a suggestion engine for targeted actions, allowing to offer users personalized and relevant recommendations.

- Secure exchange base: I installed a secure exchange base to ensure the protection of sensitive data during exchanges.

- API exposure base: I implemented an API exposure base, facilitating access to specific data and functionalities in a secure manner.

- Customer segmentation: I used TagCommander and Phoenix tools to segment customers according to specific criteria, allowing for better personalization of offers and services.

- PEP PROG FID: I designed and proposed a secure technical solution to ensure the connection between the IS systems of La Poste and the PEP Loyalty Program platform.

- AIOPS: I conducted studies and designed the architecture of an AIOPS platform aimed at detecting weak signals and preventing incidents in the network, thus improving the availability and reliability of services.

Within the data office department at the IT department, I hold the position of Tech lead dataops Team "technical manager of a team of 4 dataops and 3 data engineers" in charge of providing DATA infrastructures, tools and services on the following technical environments:

Data Governance MDM: DATA Architect

- Studies and realization of the target architecture to integrate the customer data qualification platform

Data Lake: Architect

- Define the Architecture and the migration plan of the DataLake migration Hdp2.6.5 to CDH

- Design of Yarn Queues and fine tuning to improve the performance of Spark jobs in the big data cluster
