Implementation of Apple Business Manager integrated with MS Intune for supervised Apple smartphone management, and improvement of entry/exit workflows.

Administration: management of employees, groups and rights, profile creation, licensing,

Exchange Online Messaging: mailbox creation, activation of shared mailboxes upon departure, creation of distribution/dynamic distribution lists, resources,

Procedures: Writing documentation for employees.

Level 1 and 2 incident resolution via GLPI, Neurones IT, PMAD TeamViewer or SCCM, workstation imaging via SCCM, and/or bootable USB, user assistance after workstation deployment, procedure writing, site supervision via Centreon.
