• Consulting and Compliance: Consulting and technical support reference for compliance issues (EDF repository and requirements) for the DUCK, JAROD, and QUALIDOC platforms, which constitute the ecosystem dedicated to the valorization of nuclear documentary heritage, from OCR extraction by multi-vendor to automatic metadata correction via an internal AI model trained on the Ministerial model. I notably participated in writing strategic documents (DAT, ARIS, CATe, FED) to ensure technical homologation of projects.

• TechLead and Management: Technical lead of a multidisciplinary team of 12 experts (Dev, Data, DevOps, PO). Responsible for technological excellence, I managed the team, resolved design and blocking points, and arbitrated technical priorities in close collaboration with Product Owners.

• Project Environment Management and Application Integration: Responsible for the team's work environment: I coordinated the identification and provisioning of resources (hardware and software) and the management of authorizations to ensure smooth and operational team integration.

• Digital transformation of the "OPERA" Operations Management platform: reduction of technical debt by over 80% and performance improvement through the implementation of a clear roadmap for corrections, redesign, and feature enhancements in collaboration with business stakeholders and developers. This reduction enabled the successful integration into OPERA (via API & Webhook) of the Treezor banking platform for Operator and investor onboarding (KYC/KYB processes for Operators and investors) & automatic creation of Operator and project bank accounts.

• Successful digital transformation of the "OBS: OPERA Banking System" platform: improvement of financial processes by 95% (direct debit, remittance, taxes), secured by multi-factor authentication for outgoing operations validation; monitoring of incoming and outgoing financial flows.

• Complete Platform Lifecycle Management: Over 200 features delivered for 5 business units involved in the overall company process, from needs gathering to production, including functional specification formalization, User Story writing & prioritization (nominal and alternative scenarios), and test & user acceptance management.

• Optimized Backlog, TMA, and VSR Management: reduction of processing times by approximately 70% through the implementation of an incident processing workflow and team load balancing.

• Committee Management Preparation and Facilitation: preparation and facilitation of meetings, minutes editing, action tracking.

• Project Documentation Production: Over 1000 pages produced to disseminate presentations, process reviews and optimizations, user guides, and budget tracking.

• Tenders: complete cycle management for the selection of several software solutions & service providers (DMS, debt collection, Asset Management).

• Successful migration from Documentum to Alfresco: management of a complex project involving the migration of over 6 million documents through the development and implementation of a clear migration plan (ETL: Extract - Transform - Load).

• Complete Project Management: from the technical and functional audit of Documentum and definition of the migration scope adapted for mass document import to the target Alfresco instance, through development, testing, and iterative deployment of automation scripts for actions and tasks such as environment installation, extraction and storage of metadata, documents, and links, metadata transformation into the Alfresco model, process optimization, and performance improvement (Alfresco Bulk Import process response time).

• SAP CRM Connector for Alfresco: coordination of connector configuration and test conduction.

• Resource Management and Monitoring: coordination of a team of 04 expert Alfresco and Documentum developers, budget monitoring, and production of progress reports.

• Deliverable Production: editing of test reports, user guides, and technical documentation.

• Skills Transfer: organization and planning of skills and resource transfer to the service provider responsible for DMS operation.
