Domain: Electronic Signature and Archiving Squad

The SEA Squad is responsible for the signature platform. It assists other departments throughout all phases (scoping, development, testing) of digitizing their banking products by providing the necessary services and configurations for the platform's various solutions. In this role, I contribute to:

• Scoping and analyzing business needs to refine functional and test scenarios, and to propose the best integration patterns and application breakdowns.

• Designing and developing microservices and batches for integrating new partners.

• Managing the configurations of the various components of the signature platform.

• Refactoring legacy applications to improve code quality and respond more effectively and quickly to business and partner needs.

• Implementing and continuously improving CI/CD templates to be more flexible regarding upgrades/evolutions of Kube and Legacy infrastructures.

• Setting up dashboards and alerts to ensure better monitoring of the signature domain's application portfolio.

The A2S project is a platform for generating configurable and scalable applications available on WEB, iOS, and Android, published in the EDF store. It is dedicated to business units that want to have spaces for sharing business data and thematic exchange among employees. Among my roles, I can mention:

- Analysis and scoping of business needs, proposing generic, configurable, flexible, and easily maintainable solutions for both frontend and backend.

- Proposing and implementing POCs (frontend and backend) to study feasibility and to scope and clarify the vision of the business and clients.

- Designing and implementing REST APIs for various front-end applications and integration APIs with client IT systems.

- Assisting and mentoring new developers.

- Implementing the CI/CD pipeline.

Project: Novabank

Credit Instruction:

• Proposing and implementing a flexible and scalable solution based on a rules engine for scoring applications and determining decision levels, controlling and validating applications, and calculating fees and interest/insurance rates. The solution enabled rapid and highly effective responses to changes in internal risk policies, pricing, marketing strategies, and central bank regulations.

• Designing and implementing the convention management application to allow sales representatives to offer customized conventions to companies/real estate developers, enabling them to provide preferential rates, terms, and conditions to their employees/clients for credit applications.

Branch Operations:

• Designing and implementing APIs for managing credit lines (GUARANTEES, Discounts, Bonds, Immediate Credit, Market Advances...) and services for consulting/managing amortizing loans.

• Implementing delegation workflows for credit line operations and for account and credit line contract overdrafts.

• Developing the VISA batch for settling due dates and defaults, submitting due dates and defaults for decision-making in case of credit line and authorization overdrafts, processing decision outcomes, and generating accounting entries and events for the credit management system (Evolan Loans).
