Weldom is a brand of the Adeo group, specializing in DIY, with a strong logistics activity.

In a context of supply chain transformation and optimization (B2B/B2C flows, OMS, data, transport), I joined Weldom to secure, evolve, and optimize the Supply IS applications, with a strong focus on WMS Manhattan and its interactions with the IT ecosystem (OMS, TMS, Data).

I am part of a 4-person team responsible for the Supply application portfolio. Each team member is responsible for a distinct application area, while maintaining cross-functional knowledge of other Supply applications, to ensure service continuity, functional consistency, and collaboration on cross-functional topics.

I am responsible for three applications:

Manhattan WMS (Warehouse Management),

Adexio/Relex (planning and forecasting tool),

Bextract (Manhattan data export tool to GCP).

I am also in charge of:

Inbound and outbound half-flows from Manhattan,

Steering OMS and Data topics on the WMS side,

Interactions with the TMS and TDI Expedito for the transport and labeling part.

My main mission is to handle evolution requests:

Design of new features,

Improvements to existing processes,

Bug and anomaly fixes,

I am responsible for both functional and technical aspects:

Configuration and setup of processes

Writing and execution of tests

Development of stored procedures, scripts, materialized views, and views.

Velocity management (ZPL label masks).

On a daily basis, I ensure the maintenance of the applications, in coordination with publishers, Operational teams, and business teams.

Dispéo is a logistics provider in the Hopps group. I joined this mission as part of the deployment and management of the WMS Manhattan solution across several warehouses, for clients in the retail and distribution sector.

The main objective was to support clients in modernizing their logistics system and ensure the smooth operational functioning of the warehouses.

I was part of a team of 7 people, consisting of 4 internal project managers and 3 external technical-functional consultants. Each member had specific responsibilities while collaborating closely on deployment, migration, and support projects.

Projects and missions:

Manhattan Deployment at a new site (Go Sport Client):

Complete implementation of WMS and MIF at the site, site configuration, Solution setup, functional testing, Go-live preparation, Training end-users on the Manhattan solution, Handover from Build to run teams.

Replacement of the old internal WMS with Manhattan:

Management of the transition and data migration from the old system to Manhattan, Solution setup, functional testing, Go-live preparation, Training end-users on the Manhattan solution, Handover from Build to run teams.

Upgrade from WM2011 to WM2018:

Planning and execution of the update, regression testing, Implementation of specific features, Validation of functionalities and user team training.

Integration of new clients and management of client transfers between different warehouses:

Adding new clients to the Manhattan system, adapting flows and specific configurations for each site.

Transferring clients between different warehouses while ensuring operational continuity.

Decommissioning of old versions:

Decommissioning of old WMS instances: stopping flows, scripts, provided procedures, views

I joined the Hermès mission for the management and deployment of the WMS Manhattan solution. The objective was to ensure both Build and Run, address operational issues, and support logistics automation projects to optimize warehouse performance.

I was part of a team of 10 people, composed of 4 consultants in charge of Build and 6 people dedicated to Run, responsible for managing Manhattan and M3 solutions. We worked in close collaboration with the Bobigny teams and the Deret service provider. Each member had their own responsibilities while participating in deployment projects and support missions.

Projects and missions:

I was responsible for analyzing and correcting fundamental system issues, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions. I also handled incidents and service requests from the field.

Deployment of the Manhattan solution at the Deret service provider, replacing the old Infolog WMS.

Participation in the global deployment of Manhattan at the site, including configuration and production launch.

Implementation of Kardex vertical for storage and picking, allowing for space savings on the floor and operational performance improvement.

Participation in the integration of the Exotec solution to automate certain storage areas and optimize logistics flow.

Management and handling of evolution requests and incidents during the Run phase, ensuring operational maintenance and system performance.
