Mission 1: Robustness Assessment

Evaluating vehicle component robustness to ensure optimal thermal protection. Performing and monitoring CFD numerical simulations (ANSA, ANSYS Fluent, StarCCM+, TAITherm). Analyzing and interpreting test results for various under-hood thermal scenarios.

Mission 2: Thermal Protection of Electronic Components

Designing and developing integration and validation plans. Instrumenting and conducting validation tests on vehicles. Processing, exploiting, and analyzing experimental data. Developing and proposing technical solutions for identified constraints. Performing aerodynamic simulations to optimize component cooling (ANSA / StarCCM+). Comparative evaluation of fan calculation methods (MRF vs. ΔP). Test Engineer

Test preparation: vehicle instrumentation and definition of test procedures. Calibration and execution of test campaigns. Acquisition, processing, and analysis of results using INCA, MDA, IPEmotion, and VBA software.

Mission 1: Thermal Modeling of an AdBlue Injector

Setting up and conducting tests. Learning and creating a model using GT Power and Matlab. Correlating the model with experimental results. Evaluating the model's predictive capability.

Mission 2: Participation in Prototype Injector Development and Characterization Tests

Analyzing product failures to improve injector reliability. Participating in calibration tests to optimize performance. Contributing to spray characterization tests (laser visualization and high-frequency camera) to assess injection quality.
