On assignment at Canal+, I act as a technical project manager for critical projects related to the core business and the migration from On-Premise to AWS.

I manage scratch developments as well as complex evolutions (concurrency, multithreading, performance) with end-to-end responsibility: design, architecture, development, production deployment, and monitoring.

In particular, I worked on:

-> Securing cloud migration via log replay and delta comparison

-> Optimizing massive processing on Valkey/Elasticache caches

-> Refactoring an SPA portal with Okta authentication and NGINX/Lua reverse proxy

Project management in Scrumban (GitLab Plan), deployments on Kubernetes, monitoring via Grafana and Datadog.

Stack: .NET, AWS (S3, Valkey, IAM), K8S, GitLab CI/CD, React, NGINX, Lua.

On assignment for the DEMix project, a strategic platform developed with Dalkia and EDF's R&D teams, I participated in the evolution of a complex system dedicated to optimizing multi-energy networks.

My role consisted in integrating a new calculator from EDF laboratories into the existing architecture to improve the forecasting and optimization of energy production resources.

I contributed to:

-> Writing specifications and technical studies

-> Reverse engineering and documenting a pre-existing system

-> Developing web interfaces and energy monitoring dashboards

-> Installing calculators on Linux servers (Debian / Redhat)

-> Implementing quality audits via SonarQube

-> Continuous delivery and assistance with production deployment

Stack: ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, Python, ActiveMQ, AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch), GitLab, Ansible, Linux.

On assignment for StarFleet 4, I participated in the refactoring of a platform based on a microservices architecture in .NET Core, with a React.js frontend and a Node.js BFF layer.

Within the Logistics team, I actively contributed to the design and development of APIs, estimation of user stories (planning poker), and the implementation of development best practices (unit tests, code review, patterns).

I progressively evolved into a fullstack role, then was appointed Lead Developer as the team grew, with responsibilities in mentoring and skill transfer.

I notably carried out:

-> Backend & frontend development (.NET / React / Node)

-> Unit tests (xUnit, Moq) and BDD tests (Karate)

-> Management of policies and scopes via OPA / Rego

-> Participation in PI Planning and architecture reviews

-> Mentoring and onboarding of new hires
