With Effik’APP, I designed and developed the UserlynX SaaS from A to Z: a platform allowing large companies to test their interfaces in real conditions (video, navigation, behavioral data).

- Front: React, Ionic, Electron (web, mobile & cross-platform desktop)

- Back: Java Spring Boot, Spring Security (secure REST APIs)

- Infra: AWS EC2, RDS, S3 – scalable & resilient cloud architecture

- Versioning & Project Management: Git (GitHub Actions), Jira (agile, roadmap, prioritization)

💡 My approach: combining technical skills, product thinking, and rapid execution to deliver concrete, maintainable, and user-oriented solutions.

During this assignment, I joined a development team dedicated to the design and implementation of a strategic application for managing hazardous materials within nuclear facilities. This application, developed with a modern technical stack including Java Spring Boot and Angular, led to a significant optimization of on-site safety and traceability processes.

In parallel to my role as an active developer on this project, I also served as Scrum Master, effectively coordinating the team, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring smooth communication between developers, stakeholders, and management. My involvement notably contributed to improving development tracking, meeting deadlines, and the overall quality of the delivered product.

I was thus able to provide technical input on two distinct projects managed in a development cycle (MCD) mode, ensuring adherence to good development practices and business requirements in a demanding environment.

I joined the innovation department and participated in the development of an innovative project aimed at collecting user feedback on products through forums. This project involved using web scraping combined with artificial intelligence capable of interacting with users, analyzing the sentiment of exchanged messages, and thus generating relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) on user feedback.
