Context: Technical Consultant & Business Analyst

HERMES, as one of the most prominent luxury brands, is constantly growing. For this, about ten new interfaces are implemented each month. This requires skilled Business Analysts and experienced developers. My mission consists of gathering, framing, and specifying the needs, then following up with the developers, establishing acceptance tests, and finally ensuring a smooth deployment to PROD.

Technical Tasks:

✔ Redesign of web service interfaces using user/pwd with STS tokens (AWS)

✔ Migration of interfaces from FTP to SFTP

✔ Debugging and resolution of RCT / PROD incidents

Functional Tasks:

✔ Manage requirements gathering workshops

✔ Scoping and functional and technical specifications

✔ Estimation and planning of deadlines with the PMO (for resource availability)

✔ Testing and acceptance with DEVs and Business users

✔ Monitoring of PROD deployment and incidents

ARKEMA decided to decommission its webMethods platform in favor of Amazon Web Services, a real challenge! To achieve this goal, during my assignment, my priority was to maintain the existing webMethods platform, assist AWS DEVELOPERS in migrating the platform, and repatriate the application assets to the new platform.

✔ Changing and installing certificates in the trust store and keystore

✔ Facilitating and participating in functional workshops for requirements gathering.

✔ Writing general and detailed technical specifications.

✔ Writing technical specifications based on code

✔ Configuration of DSCP tools and Synertrade customer repository

Context: TMA Manager & Business Analyst

Ramsay is a hospital group comprising several sites for care, surgery, and chemotherapy. To orchestrate business processes between doctors, patients, and medical suppliers, webMethods is at the core of the platform, surrounded by a range of tools including document management and GED. My mission is to maintain the operational efficiency of all application flows and ensure they perform as designed.

Technical Tasks:

✔ N3 Support, with development of Mashzone Dashboards

✔ Ticket management and Weather Routine: alerts to business users

✔ Incorporating existing evolutions and carrying out necessary developments

✔ Development of new Service and Mashzone flows.

Functional Tasks:

✔ Analysis and management of business needs

✔ Design and monitoring of document generation

✔ Testing and validation of deliverables

✔ Documentation and rationalization
