PACO Objective (COFRAC Accreditation Process) My main role was to support users in resolving incidents and problems encountered in production TMA, providing them with technical and functional support. I actively participated in the migration of the PACO application as part of the digitization project, attending daily meetings and providing operational (technical and functional) support. I led training sessions for new internal COFRAC employees on the PACO and GECO applications. I contributed to the mapping of PACO application business processes. My missions also included writing detailed functional specifications. I was responsible for analyzing and consolidating maintenance requests (corrective and evolutive) for the business information system, particularly in relation to new PACO versions. I collected and analyzed the needs expressed by business teams, especially in the Inspection, Human Health, Laboratories, and Certification sectors, as well as for new projects. I participated in writing and validating functional tests.

 The PACO application allows for the issuance of accreditation for organizations. Collection and analysis of client needs related to the application.  Definition of the test plan and monitoring of user functional test execution.  Writing documentation for users.  Extraction, analysis, and consolidation of COFRAC data.  Analyze and consolidate application maintenance or corrective requests.  Collection and analysis of business team needs.  Supervise the writing of documentation for users.  Define the test plan and monitor the execution of user functional tests.  Lead steering committees.  Support users in resolving anomalies encountered.  Training and support for new users on the application.

 GECO Application COfrac Evaluator Process

Areas of intervention:

 Validation of functional acceptance testing for evolutions and fixes.  User support for anomaly resolution in a production environment.  Consolidation of application maintenance and corrective requests.  Management of anomaly reporting and tracking their resolution.  Validation of deliverables and documentation with all stakeholders.

Objective: Within the BP2I service – BNP Paribas, I was responsible for collecting client needs aimed at continuous improvement and maintaining the operational status of the Delphes application, a ticketing tool dedicated to incident and application project management. The main objective was to challenge teams to optimize the processing time of ongoing tickets through daily monitoring of the backlog and performance indicators (KPIs). I also produced weekly reports, presented every Monday to the Executive Committee. Furthermore, I contributed to optimizing the catalog of requested services, while ensuring close collaboration with the IT department, technical teams responsible for processing requests, and the Request Office teams, who were responsible for qualifying and acknowledging tickets.
