Steering and Management of Projects for preventive and curative maintenance of aerial civil engineering nationwide and in French overseas departments for Orange. Responsibilities:

• Development and updating of project schedules (milestones, resources, priorities).

• Simultaneous management of multi-site projects while respecting cost/quality/deadline commitments.

• Implementation of a risk schedule to track and challenge various deviations in KPIs (Cost/Deadlines).

• Anticipation of operations based on budgetary constraints and business indicators.

• Facilitation of follow-up committees (weekly/monthly) with consolidation of deviations and reporting.

• Deployment of national standards (processes, templates, tools) and creation of specific procedures for exceptional projects (crises, fiber optic rollouts, field emergencies).

• Use of consolidated performance indicators to provide visibility on progress and strengthen decision-making (CostV/ScheduleV).

• Supervision of a Service Center with an approach that fosters employee buy-in and skill development (skill enhancement, methodological transfer, lessons learned reviews).

• Participation in business reviews, alignment committees, and contractual meetings.

Context:

Ensure operational monitoring and adherence to Costs, Quality, and Deadlines from launch to delivery for each project, to meet the client's annual expectations for connecting FTTA plates and RADIO SITES AND NRA.

Responsibilities:

• Development and updating of macro and detailed schedules (WBS, Gantt, critical milestones).

• Construction of critical paths and synchronization of activities (studies, civil engineering, fiber).

• Proactive approach in anticipating risks and defining alternative scenarios.

• Implementation of monitoring indicators (milestones, remaining work, deviations) and facilitation of schedule reviews.

• Schedule revisions based on field events and supplier constraints.

• Multi-Actor Coordination & Steering

• Active interface between Client, Service Provider, TOWERCO, and engineering teams.

• Monitoring of the technical validation workflow (APS, APD, DOE, Acceptance Certificate).
